Toner problem on Ricoh mp2550

HI everybody

My problem is that my client has problem with toner, when they changing new toner. About twenty copy, it indicate no toner & when loading toner Noise in machine. I check.Then I see & I replace the lower development frame ,idler gear,developement gear that was broken. I insert pcu in machine -machine alway indicate no toner-then I close front & right door. It 'loading toner' but when finish its indicate no toner, load toner. I open right cover door, too many toner on transfer separation unit. machine cannot load toner What happen & what to do??

I don't have this machine but had a similar experience with a Ricoh and it required the replacement of the PCU unit. Toner kept going right through the drum unit onto the xfer roller and giving this message.

These machines seem to be notorious for this issue: try looking at the toner hopper, PCU and potentially try reflashing or reloading firmware. I've tried that last one as a total crap shoot, last ditch attempt and it seemed to do the trick.
