    Gestetner MP4001 Add Toner Probem

    A six month old machine has already finished 3 bottles of toner. Recently, the customer replaced new toner as it is already asking for toner. The problem is the add toner message still at display and the machine is not working anymore . Any idea guys? Thanks in advance.

      There's a few possibilities. Wrecked dev, mylar paddles in toner hopper come off, siezed dev unit, wrong toner, the list goes on.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
