2018d back of the copy dirty

Hi,

I install one 2018d with a new pcu and after 60k copies client call me becouse copy was coming out with black line.
since i havent a new complete image unit i change the drum, cleaning blade, developer and all gears, the machine works fine for about 5 days. after that in all printers and copys a grey line start apears on the back of the copy. i change the transfer roller but still having the same problem. the tonner is original.
what can be wrong with this unit?

if the toner is original and transfer roller is new, clean the pcu(vacuum) maybe there is a leak from it

turn on transfer cleaning and change value to +1, good luck.

i turn on already the transfer cleaning but still doing the same

nops.. the charge looks fine and its clean. and everytime i change drum on this machines i clean the charge roller.

because of the cleaning blade defective and transfer roller very dirty to toner. 100 percent change cleaning blade, and said other technician parts to be replace
