We are able to remove the top toner with no issues. The bottom toner will rotate but can not be removed when release button is pushed. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
Is the bottom toner empty? If it is, if you take off the side cover you should be able to tug on the locking rod to unlock it. dont tug to hard, it might break.
