Password for Aficio color scanner IS330dc

Hi

I have a client that has the aficio color scanner IS330dc, they wanted to add new user & configure the scanner on Web image monitor. The problem is that they forget the password & me, i forget the password. What is the Administrator or supervisor password?

I tried User name:admin
Password : password but this dont work.
