i want to buy pcu unit(aficio 2035) as whole , i searched internet for this part and i finded only online store as address Ricoh Copier Parts
but in this store out of stock.
if anybody know other solution for buying parts of ricoh such as KATUN(china) from all over the world please give me address of physical seller and if available address of online store.

In the US I've used Precision Roller. They've been around a long time and are very reputable. They have a physical warehouse in Pheonix, AZ and ship international.

We have bought a few items off those guys, and they were OK. Their inventory changes frequently. Don't rely on the website, give them a call. 2035 PCU assemblies should be in abundance.(eeer, except for the lower case where the cheesy tabs break off. electrical tape works to secure it)

I don't think that it's possible to buy directly from the parts factory - that'll bee too dangerous for these contractors in case ricoh finds out they do some klind of outlet sale.
