[Misc] Ricoh Aficio MP 5500, Printing error - Key Counter not inserted

Cant get this thing to print, every time a print job is sent to it via either the TCP/IP Ethernet port of via USB it wotn print and the error shows

Printer Error - Key Counter not inserted

Any ideas?

turn off key counter in user tools
