You must change the Polygon mirror motor. I have a lot of machine AF-1515MF, MP161SPF, MP171SPF. I don't live this trouble on 1515MF. But MP161 and 171 has this trouble. I've had a few of these toner supply shafts jam. I have been able to unstick them by wedging a small flat screwdriver just in front of the clutch (there is a small circlip you can wedge it against), and then turning the toner shaft with a pair of long needle nose pliers (clockwise I believe). Have a new shaft and clutch on hand tho.
