    You must change the Polygon mirror motor. I have a lot of machine AF-1515MF, MP161SPF, MP171SPF. I don't live this trouble on 1515MF. But MP161 and 171 has this trouble. Some machine has noisy Polygon mirror motor (same the airplane WUWWWWW) Some machine has the noisy friction pad. (When machine feed a paper dartt dartt dartt) you must change...

        DDD My customer says My machine work a same airplane. Sometimes My machine yelling a cow.

          I've had a few of these toner supply shafts jam. I have been able to unstick them by wedging a small flat screwdriver just in front of the clutch (there is a small circlip you can wedge it against), and then turning the toner shaft with a pair of long needle nose pliers (clockwise I believe). Have a new shaft and clutch on hand tho.
