Has anbody had probs with the lcd display going pale grey ?
the backlight is on but no other features/buttons are visable, another tech started by replacing the lcd but after talking to ricoh tech support we think its more likely to be the lcdc pwb.
the rest of the keys seem to work (ie beep), and the machine still copies and prints.
its only 3 weeks old and have had no other probs with it.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like an LCDC to me. The touch screen doesnt produce any light.
