    Ricoh RMP 5500 Administrator codes

    Hi,

    Does anyone know how to reset the Administrator user name & password on am RMP5500, as the customer has forgot them ???

    use the supervisor accnt to reset the password only

              Nobody will explain it on open forums. Better to call a ricoh guy.

                Log in a supervisor, no password to change the administrator settings. This information is in the security reference manual that came with the machine.
