forgotten password

Hi everybody,

Can somedy tell me how to reset password on the Ricoh MP 9000. I forget it and now i am unable to print or make copies on the machines. Once i put it on i have the login.

Did you try the admin / supervisor password?

Go into service mode and reset admin password.

Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
