[Electrical] Coin Machine damaged the I\O

    Hi guys

I have attached Coin unit (Cartadis CM4000) to MPC3001 usingexternal power supply and counter interface board, but after switching on themachine the I\O board get damage and SC531 appeared.

It looks that 24 V is missing from some points in the I\Oboard, this is not the first time to install Cartadis, we use to install itnormal and it used to work also normally, but we never tried it with colourmachines especially MPC3001 as it is just new model.

    Any advice?

Did the vendor supply a harness or is this your handiwork? What did the harness connect to?

yes dear, we have got the harness from the vendor as adviced, and i have connected the harness to the counter interface board COUNTATYPEA which is connected directly to the I\O board.

Could be the harness is wired differently on the new models, that's something you'd have to check with Cartadis.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
