Are the clients members of the domain managed by the 2008 Server? When the printer was set up on the server was it configured as a shared printer?

install the printer locally with the 64bit driver and point the port to the servers printer share. this will overcome your driver issue and you can still say it is going through the server. sucks to walk around to 1000 machines and do this but oh well. Had a similar problem on a sharp that would lag printing through a 32bit server 2003. Just blame windows and say this is how Bill Gates gets people to buy new servers.

          For printer settings:
Have you tried changing the port to LPR? The queue name should be lp. I had a bunch of smaller machines on a 2003 Server as well that never printed RAW, but worked like a champ in LPR. What driver are you using? If you can, use either PCL 5c or PostScript: PCL 6 never seems to work.

          For client settings:

Do all the computers show the network they're connected to is either a home or work network? A lot of sharing functions are disabled if the network type is Unknown or Public.

          Printer settings:

Can you log into the web interface? Do the network settings show the correct domain name?
