    mfp cl 7000

    Hi
    because i`m having a copy/print quality, in one mfp cl 7000 issue, i want clean to a laser unit including polygon motor.

    So, i never do it before, i work more with sharp copier, i need yours opinions, indications that can help me, how to disassemble it.

    Before you pull the laser unit, use the big blue toothbrush to clean the shield glasses and rule out a problem with a dev or drum unit. You have to be real careful when pulling the laser, or you'll get synch errors and/or screwed up prints upon reassembly.
