Check for toner build up on the fuser guide plates. Makes sure the "one way" pin clutch that drives the duplexer is working correctly. Try and give a little more detail when you place your question. What's the jam code you are getting? When you say at Z, do you mean that the paper folds up like a fan? Look at the lead edge of your paper to see if it's catching on something. Good luck!Comment
