Did you check the paper size dial? Have you tried to exchange the paper size selector switch?

Thanks for the advice "sharpmind" I have already check the paper size dial and already tried to exchange the size selector switch but still I faced the same problem, infact when you switch off the machine and switch on, the machine will perfectly work fine only after when somebody remove the tray and put for example paper that it will not detect any paper size and paper is empty is displayed.

Checked the sensors in the back of the machine?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Check the paper sensor flag on the paper feed unit, it is probably broken. I'd suggesting replacing the entire paper feed unit, its quite the challenge to go component level on that part.

You probably have a user who loaded too much paper or slammed the drawer. To get the part number, you will have to get the product code and get a parts manual.

              replace ppr

causes of replaced paper or no paper fault.
              1: common cause....
in the rear at the center you have a little sns/with arm on it own little metal holder
which the tray hits. This get pushed up and away from tray causing add paper. bend it
              back down by a little.
              2. tray broken at the back in the center. lug missing broken off
3: spring come of or broken in paper lift mag at the rear.

              good luck
