    [Misc] @remote configuration

Anybody could help me configure @remote?

Given the registration number but cannot remotely connect. The ip address used by the machine already connected to the internet.

    Thanks

You may also want to reset the settings to default before trying again (sp5-816-209). Also, does the customer use a proxy?

I don't know if this will help, but I ran into a similar situation a few weeks ago.

I went to register the @Remote number, and it came back as "used".

I tried 3 or 4 more, all with the same result.

I checked to see how hold the numbers were, and I counted 81 days. They're supposed to be good for 90.

I called the help desk, and I was told that they're good for 45 days.

When I asked if that had been changed from 90 recently, I was told that it had always been 45.

Bull-0ney! I guess it must have been a noob that I was talking to.

I've been told it was 90 days by our @remote guru, I'll have to go back and double check this.
