Aficio 650 developer spill problem

Hi I would like to seek help from you guys especially for those who have encountered this problem. I have a machine Aficio 650 and the problem is that the developer is always spilling . How do you solve this? What seems to be the problem? Thank you very much.

I'm with ccchuah. It was a fairly common problem on the 550/650 series. Check behind the gears on the rear side of the DV unit & see if you've got DV buildup. If so do it quickly or you'll be replacing feed clutches. There was even a bulletin out about making a mylar to cover the clutches because of DV spills.
