[Electrical] Aficio 3245c scan position

In aficio 3245c , makes white scan ok but then lamp goes 5cmm out of place, and make copies with this 5cm margin white. No sc code...

Does it happen from only the glass or also from the document feeder? Have you tried adjusting the starting scan position for the machine?

Also by the document feeder. I d'ont try to adjust scan position, but de unadjust is more than 5cm, but i will try it and say the result to you, thanks

Problem solved, its a bad connection of the sannerboard, thank you cobiray
Gracias por el interesClaudio, por lo visto era fallo de la connexion de la placa, repasaron soldaduras y ahora parece ok.
