I just installed a fax on a B246. Fax is recognized in sp mode and user tools, but the hard key on the left side of the op panel does not work. I tried another keytop, removed and reinstalled the fax, still no hard key operation. It is in the #5 slot like it's supposed to be. I am thinking the switch itself may be bad, but wanted to check here first before I pull the op panel off. Anyone run in to this before?
