[Misc] Postscript problem on a savin 4022

this is a copy of a post from a few days ago. have never gotten this fixed. but i did find in the SERVICE PROGRAM MODE 4-911* 5 "initializes printer fonts and stored fonts"
after going into the service mode i can not get into this service program mode. any help?? also the postscript card i installed in machine just say's "postscript 3 type 1027"
looking on the net i found cards that say "postscrapt 3 type 2027 with fonts" does any one think i'm using the wrong card???

Installed this machine into a customer. they needed postscript so i installed the board and driver. will NOT print a test page at all. if you go into the tools and try to print a font list for the PS font list is never printes. thinking that i need to download the fonts as talked about in the operating inst. manual on page 30 (downloading ps fonts) well i have no ideal wee to down load them from. the pcl font list print great just not the PS list. PLEASE any help on this. were do i get the fonts from and how do i download into machine menory.

Yes, I think you are using the wrong dimm. You need the type 2027 (G354) for a B089/B093. According to the product support guide it is unique to that machine. And obviously you have to have the print/scan option installed before the PS3 emulation dimm
