    i request from all pro technicians that have access to internet and One digital camera to report the problems of Machines with Pictures

                  .. and quite a few Customer sites (One's I've been to anyway) do not allow the use of Photographic equipment onsite (i.e. Camera Phones etc).

                  Would be helpful, but not always viable.
