Intermittent error when copying it will show 395 then 402(vice versa). Anybody can help us about this matter.Thank you.

Check the dev unit and transfer unit connections are clean and making good contact (PM if required).
Failing that the high voltage board is the common component that may be in the process of failure.

Thanks my friend but we already did that replaced the HVSB,PS,transfer assy etc., performed a thorough cleaning but no improvements.

can temporarily remove the HDD, probably will not be available duplex
