[Error Code] Savin 9060 819 error need some help

i know what the error is, but i cant seem to find the part numbers for the

~Savin 9060 Controller Board

~Savin 9060 Optional Board

~Savin 9060 firmware update


i need all of these but the manual isnt helping me much

controller is D062-5505; dont know what an option board is and firmware doesnt have a part #. It is downloaded and placed on an SD card.

thanks for the part # on the controller board, and i dont have access to the savin website anymore and cant download the firmware, but i already have the customers SD card with the "gwinit" file on it, the 819 code had the 656 error after it which said "gwinit died" idfk what that means, so i figured i need to re download the firmware

I've never heard of that either but the gw is the printer so it sounds like the controller is bad. But I would clean the DIMM contacts first, Format the HDD, reload the firmware and if still no joy, replace the controller.

thanks for the help, formatting the HDD is through the settings correct? i remember seeing that somewhere... and does anyone have the firmware they can email to me?
