Clearing for pickup

Hi all, I am a Sharp and Minolta tech normally but I have been tasked with clearing a Ricoh 3025 before it is sent back to the leasing company. The machine has a fax on it but I can't see if there's anything else on it. The buttons on the left of the panel only have buttons for fax and copy.

1. does this machine come with a hard drive, and if so where is it located?

2. How do I clear out the fax numbers stored in the machine?

Probably doesnt have a HD if no printing is installed. Clear the fax data by going into service mode (CM 107, press and hold the C/S until the screen changes. Go to Fax Features>SP5 Initializing and initialize everything in sight.
