I followed the procedure given by the NRGI post on how to configure SCAN TO FOLDER with a WINDOWS 7 OS but still it don't work. Am I missing something? Does anyone had experience with the same problem? Please help. Thanks.

You might need local login credentials to access the folder. I've had a few that I needed to create generic scan accounts on the local machines to have access to the folders.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. that's correct - microsoft did some changes with the SMB protocal that's why you might have issues with older models/fw versions. I'm afraid that some discontinued products won't work with scan-to-folder/win7 at all (you can still use scan-to-ftp then).Comment
