Check you're fuser sep fingers. I've had several of this engine type need the sep fingers cleaned or replaced due to noise.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed. -
I've chased that mouse before too.
Also check the fuser pressure roller bushings, when these start to wear you'll get a squeak, id replace them before lubing them. I've also found a similar noise being made by the toner hopper binding up as the bottle turns."See if you can rent a spring hook and a phillips screwdriver it will make your life that much easier..."Comment

One other thing.
I've seen a machine which "screeched" constantly and it was caused by the main drive gears. Remove the rear cover and loosen the screws on the main motor PCB one at a time, see if the noise reduces. We changed the motor and greased the gears with no effect so I simply left one screw slightly loose and the machine is (almost) silent. Otherwise, if this is the problem, it's a new set of gears. It could also be that the mounting frame for the gears is warped.
You can confirm by running the main motor in 5-804.Comment
