    [Electrical] MP 7500

    hi guys,please assist me,i have a problem with an mp7500 which blew its pcb iob,
    i noticed that the sp mode language changed to japanese and when i replaced the board all wen't well except the keys for printer and scanner shifted on the op panel,is there a setting for this?please help,

    check the dip switches on the BCU board , switches 6,7 and 8 set the region.
    At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

        lagonda thanks found was the dip switches,but i observed that the toner motor is engaging continuous!i'm stuck please help

          Hi Katash, glad i could help with the language problem, lets see if I can help with the toner motor.
          Is it the motor that rotates the toner bottle or the motor that adds toner from the toner hopper in to the developer thats turning all the time?
          At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

                Hmm, thats more difficult to solve. First of all have you double checked that all the plugs are in correctly on all the circuit boards and all the dip switches are where they should be? Next step is to check that you are getting a reading from the TD sensor at SP 2223.
