Reset aficio 2035 to default

Hi, Anybody could tell me how reset the ricoh aficio 2035 to default value if the touch panel can not be used. it can make copy and can be inputed service code. we had tried to change the touch panel, but it is the same. I think the panel has no problem. may be the damage on circuit broad or program. Thanks

Performing screen calibration to a defective touch panel will lead to corrupted data store inside the NVRAM, even replacing the new panel, it still not working. Try pull out other working 2045 machine NVRAM to fix it to the defective machine with a new touch panel fixed.
