    Cant get rid of add toner for black. Black dv. tubes and pumps cleaned the rest of the tubes. Still can't get rid of the message. Ideas appreciated. Thanks t

    Did you replace the air pump (beneath the tonercartidge) or the toner pump?

            check, if waste toner tubes at the inner backside are clogged, hose them out and check again

              Replace the toner pump above the dv-unit and the toner outlet sub unit.

                  Thanks soooooo much guys. it was the supply pump at the rear inner frame on top of the black dev unit. Took at least three times to get it there through the tubes. tubes weren't clogged just empty. thanks again T
