Ricoh Aficio 1022 Touch Screen

We have a Ricoh Aficio 1022 in the field with what appears to have a failing touch screen--it is getting darker, harder to see. The little lite/darker wheel on the side doesn't change anything. Any instructions on replacement? Can I buy this from other than Ricoh?

You might try these guys. They probably have an entire op panel for that model.

You were right, looks like I found a control panel from them!

I've bought off them before. One thing about it, if it doesn't work, they will try to male it right. If I remember right, 2 or 3 screws on top by the glass, and two horizontal ones under the panel for removal. One connector with a short harness. Be gentle, or you will have to call your local service rep.
