sp code 2005 related to Charge Roller Bias Correction Adjustment not exist in the machine (my serive mode have all codes except 2005)
my BICU or engine version is 1.10:13 with PART NUMBER of B0825162E
CONTROLLER or main machine version :B0825931F or 1.06
please explain about not existing code sp 2005
in the front door of machine is written IS2035 infotec
but version of my firmware of BICU or engine : 1.10:13 part number B0825162E and version of Controller or main machine: 1.06 part number B0825931F
B082 related to ricoh 2045 but in the front door of my machine is written IS2035 infotec
please say me the excat model of my machine

It may be in special service mode. Hold down the pound key while selecting copier sp at the service screen.
