Ricoh 2045e printing on 2 pages when recieving a fax

Hi guys,
I have a customer that when they recieve a fax from a couple of numbers, they get 2 pages printed, its as if there was not enough space on the page, so the next page contains the remaining bit of what didnt fit on the first page.

They had this with their previous machine so i doubt its a fax board issue, more of a bit switch issue, anyone have any ideas?

Sound like a mismatch between the page size being transmitted and that available on the receiving device.
Check the tray set up on the 2045 to ensure the size detection matches the stock loaded. Failing that it may well be being caused by original size detection of the transmitting device. You may be able to check this in the RX logs.

Hi, in Printer- or Plotter switch ( I dit'nt know the correct word in english SP #1-103-004 from 0 to 1 , that will scale down the image.
Please excuse my bad english!
