sc error code 819/878 ricoh af mp 3350b

hello guys..i want to ask your technical advice for error code (sc-819..sometimes sc-878)i encounter with this problem for this ricoh af mp3350..pls..advice..

Both of those codes point to a bad controller board, try replacing the board.

You can clean the DIMM contacts but I think probably jonhiker is correct

just changed the controller board and it worked

before raplacing the controller board check the hd also we had an experience with sc 819 and when we dsiconnected the HD the m/c worked.

Some of these Russian-C5's don't come with HDD's, believe it or not. 819 and 870 on these buggers is usually a fried controller. The Alex suffers from the same problems too.
