Hi, checking the 7403 SP error list, appears an 991 error, with the next sc:scs_time_count.c Line: 781 Val: 1, it looks like this is generating the 672, any help with this??

Also we cleaned the PSU, and rectified the contacts checking for possible voltage loss, but again code 991, I think the problem is here, any help will be appreciated.

SC 991 happens on about every Ricoh product that has print/scan. It's a software error that some say can be fixed with firmware, but I've seen it on dozens of machines that don't exhibit any problematic symptoms. I'd say these 2 codes are unrelated. Do you have another one of these machines available to "swap test" the PSU that everyone mentions? It fixed ours after trying all other options.

Ok, we appear to have solved the problem, we replaced the hard drive with a refurbished one, turned on the machine, it didn't displayed duplex, then we replaced the disk with the old one again, and the machine started working correctly, don't know what happened and how it solved, but the machine has been working over a week with no problem.
