[Error Code] Sc 142

new imported ricoh 1224c gives error 142 (white level error direction)
colores in paper not like orignal paper.. what should i do?
i read befor to change the lamp voltage and hz ..but is there any other solutions? is that machine not good? i mean should i stop importing it?

First thing first. Yes, you should stop importing them. They are a dog design and just a pain in the ass to maintain.
Second, the problem you have is the Lens Block Assy is defective (attached is the tech bulletin regarding this). There was a program to replace these in the field with gratis parts, but I don't know if you can still acquire it at no charge. Good Luck.
