    My parts dept. guy says both numbers look good. The Ricoh hotline doesn't know which part is correct for me (I spoke to Ed I think, in hardware end). I posted a TSC parts inquiry but I was hoping one of y'all might have had to order one of these. I see lots of people have had issues with blank display on similar machines.

      thank you! I got a response from Ricoh today also. Sorry I missed the bulletin.
      I'd love to find out what happened to the board. I presume the previous tech must have done something wrong, but I can't figure out what!

        Thanks for posting the pdfs, Jon. I took advantage of them, myself.

        Hard to say, Morgan. Touchscreen fails on that series, as well as the 4500s, have been considered a known issue for awhile for us. Wouldn't tie your guy to the whipping post just yet...
        Never seen one burn up quite like that, though.

        Glad you got the number... Heck, I just flip my parts lady whatever my current parts cat says and let her do the digging!
