Savin CLP 131DN (Ricoh SP420DN) not printing.

I can browse the NIC and can ping the machine, have also tried usb printing with no luck. I installed newest version of print and controller firmwear, no luck. The print job regardless of the type leaves the pc but the machine does nothing no data light or anything. Supposedly the printer has been giving the message, SD card format error since the orginal install, and it does give that message, and logs sc866 in the service mode. About a week ago it gave a sc code of 819 the sub code didnt show up we reboted the machine and it printed fine, but a week later started the current non printing issue, any suggestions? Me thinks the print controller is bad but at over $900.00 we can replace with a new machine for about the same price.

Haha on the right track now, the pcl and postscritp printer language was missing the rpcs was there on the config page, now to get the pcl and ps3 loaded and it should solve issue.
