My client send me a copy of the problem this machine have. anyone seen this, that could help me pointing a possible cause?

Possibly laser i would say.

Don't think it's the Laser Unit. When there's something wrong with the Laser Unit you would get SC's. I'm thinking of defective memory.

Does it just happen on printing or copying as well? Could it be a driver issue, what is the stuff that is printed directly from the memory like, for instance an SMC print of the meter page.

only on printing and not every print. ex. in 50 pages one or two print is defective. monday i go to client and check what is happening. the machine two or three months ago trow codes related with the adress book, and the hard drive make stranges noises. i formatted the hard drive and the issue goes away. but the noise remained... time to change the hard drive and expected the problem related dissapear. thanks for the help. i post reply when i have fresh news about the issue
