    Intermittent jamming DF2000 of MP1600.

Problem: Multiple feeding of DF 2000.

    I have done so far:
Changed the pick up roller, feed belt, separation roller, torq limiter.
    Cleaned sensors, lubricate gears.

Any comments would be a great help.

I have had this problem before. It turned out to be the black plastic pick up roller holder. The holder had worn causing too much play on the belt, which resulted in intermittent jamming. If you remove the metal bar from the pick up roller and pick up roller holder, you should be able to see where the pick up roller holder has become oval.

could be a paper feed clutch sticking on and so multi-feeding. I have had this on a similar machine.

kindly check the black plastic guide plate under the ADF near the white metal plate. usually it is broken or disaligned. I usually replaced it with new one. hope this helps.
