hello, we are a copystar dealer and one of our accounts has this machine that they want us to take under server along with there other copystar machines, the machine is in good running condition but we are not a dealer and do not have access to parts, firmware, manuals, consumables..... i wanted to get in touch with someone that has the access we do not, and also some information like service rates they are using, common problems, pm cycle, any help would be greatly appreciated.
