misfeeding on Tray 4 using A3 paper (MP C 2550)

I have MPC 2550 which always jams in tray 4 when A3 paper is placed on it. Sensor which detects the paper size is ok.Any idea why is this happening? Thanks!

In User Tools set all cassettes to Auto Detect.

All trays are set in AUTO DETECT.When A4 paper is used in tray 4 it works fine but when A3 paper is used it stops after the fusing exit section of the machine.

Are the registration guides alright? I had one do this from the lower paper trays and it turned out the guides were slightly bent. Does it mention anything about this jam on the paper feed troubleshooting bulletin on Tessa?
