I have a customer with a Savin 2523P - The finisher show constant jam. I've searched it for paper found nothing unplugged it and plugged it back in nothing! Any help would be great!

what location does the jam history indicate? is a sensor knocked out pf place? have you tried removing the staple cartridge and seeing of the jam indicator turns off. -

It shows to slide the middle unit out of the sorter - All the sensors seem to be fine - I did not remove the staple cartridge...Comment
