MP2851 ARDF

HELLO

I have a copier MP2851. I have problems with the ARDF.
2 problems:
- Either it starts to make jams
- Either it is no longer detected, I disconnect and reconnect theARDF
but no reaction of the copier.

I turn off and I back on the copier and the failure disappears.

The firmware is current.
I change the ARDF with a new one, but the failure remains.

You haven't given us much info there. Are you getting any sc codes logged?
