Dear All

MP 4000 showing add toner.SP call log register SC-350 ten last SC.

Try to force add toner it's failed. Pls help.

Replace the bottle holder. The 350 may be because it is under toned

Well i interchange toner hooper with same model m/c beside it.
But the problem is same message appearing add toner.

Switch the dev unit with the one next to it and see if the problem follows the dev unit. If it does, it may be the ATS or the dev material.

Are you using OEM supplies?

Force toner will fail if the machine is not in a READY condition.

check the toner motor, trick the door without the tnoer in it and see if it is spinning.

try cleaning the id sensor. i've had this show up lately on two machines. cleaning them off corrected it.

Sc350 -- Replace the complete transfer unit just use the printer kit version SP8200 402962 also comes with a complete fuser unit.
