Does it send ok? , make sure no one has changed the fax lead as some dont work? next question:does it receive at all?

fax transmits it leaves the received transmission, the receiving rings but does not take the line and should not be receiving, attaching another laser fax Brother works in automatic reception work, I also changed the form of the full feature fax ricoh 3228c but not too is receiving
