salve ho un problema con una ricoh mp5500, si accendie solo la spia tastocopy e printer rosse,il display non si accende piu' appena he viene accesa la macchina mi da il codice sc che non risco a vedere dato che il display non si accende.ho conrollato tutte le schede ma sembrano che sono oki led si acendono.grazie x l'aiuto

I like the sound of a "tastocopy" button. Does that mean when you do a full colour picture of a Big Mac, you lick the page and taste the beefy goodness?

Replace the powersupply board - had the same thing on a MP7500.

With the device off: Unplug all peripherals (finished, adf, etc...) This illuminates them from the troubleshooting. Open the main door and pull out the tandem tray. Turn on machine. If it comes on line you know it is a peripheral causing the issue.

Had same machine same prob it turned out to be tray lift position sensors on the tandem tray. The tray scewed sideways when lifting paper and ripped the sensor wires out.
