1055 misfed at dupex?

hi all i have problem at duplex 1055 when copying 3 paper at dublex mode no problem more than 3 paper duplex misfield at b2 i n normal mode no broblem i change dublex same proplem i put old duplex at anorher machine the duplex working any help please thanks for all

Change all 3 clutches on the duplex unit.

I mean, what jam code is registered in jam history (SP7-507). Then you can see which sensor is registering the jam, and where to look for a solution.

Change the registration mylars. They cause odd jamming issues when worn.

guaranteed this is caused by the paper feed unit clutches. it has nothing to do with the duplex unit. have seen it hundreds of times
