[Jamming] no paperfeed tray 1 mpc2800

I have a no paperfeed from tray one (moc 2800),when i open the drawer the paper is still in, and there is a mark showing from the pick-up rol,but
the paper is not going in the machine? i think it is the feedclutch?
some help please

If the feed clutch is not working, you won't see marks on the paper. I would replace the three rollers. Make sure the paper can be picked up by the rollers. Some customers set the paper fences too tight, so the paper can not be picked up.

Sounds like the paper feed rollers have attempted to lift the paper.
What do the pickup rollers look like to you are they worn?
Maybe they've picked up a white coating of paper dust. If the look fine then alcohol the rollers.

i checked the rollers,only the seprol had a bit of a scratch,so i replaced that,the others looked fine( i did not clean them),
the feedunit looked fine,machine had only run 86000,I'll will replace the rollers tommorrow,thanks,and i wil let you know.

Swap the tyres and torque limiter from another tray first, see if the fault moves to another tray. If it doesn't, swap the feed station then try.

I have replaced all 3 feedrolles for tray 1,problem solved!
