Ricoh Aficio 2045 skewd copies

I have a ricoh aficio 2045 producing skewed copies, I have tried adjusting the left front corner of the scanner unit (pulled it up and re-tighten it) but the problem continued, I also tried adjusting the leading edge trailing edge settings as well as the void areas but with no luck, am I missing something here? does anyone know if there are any bulletins on this?

have you tried bypassing the scanner by printing the counter of the machine.to check if the problem is on the scanner.how the image looks like?

The prints look just fine if I print from the computer or if I print the total copy count from the copier menu. The problem is happening only when copying using the adf or directly on the copy glass.

If your prints are fine and it occurs from the glass, I would think you do have a scanner problem.
